Mike Robbins is the author of 3 books and his latest, Nothing Changes Until You Do is a guide to self-compassion. He was a pitcher at Stanford and he went on to play for the Kansas City Royals. He suddenly injured his arm and his baseball career was over. Admittedly, Mike was so busy trying to make it as a ball player he didn’t appreciate the journey. This interview is about how you identify with your work, become more present, and appreciate the small stuff.
Mike also travels around the country speaking to organizations about appreciation, authenticity, and self-compassion.
